Founder & Consultant
Hamish has over 40 years practising experience as a family lawyer and was one of the first individuals to be accredited as a specialist family lawyer within the jurisdiction.
Director
Julie joined the firm in 2014, and has extensive knowledge and experience in the family law jurisdiction. She has been a specialist accredited family lawyer since 2005, and is also an accredited mediator.
Senior Associate
Kate has worked exclusively as a family lawyer for over 15 years and regularly appears as an Independent Children’s Lawyer. Kate is a member of the family law section of the Law Society of NSW, the Law Council of Australia, and is on the panel of Independent Children’s Lawyers.
Associate
Hannah was admitted to practise as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW in August 2017. After completing her practical legal training at HCFL, she was employed as a Legal Associate to two Judges of the Family Court of Australia. Hannah has since re-joined HCFL as a practising family lawyer.
